Our Fourth Annual Swing Explosion — Ottawa's swing dance festival!
Welcome to our third annual Swing Explosion! Featuring our Swing Explosion Gala showcasing the Impressions in Jazz Orchestra, Ottawa's premiere professional jazz orchestra treating us to authentic recreations of music from the 1920's, 30's and 40's! This year we'll be showcasing a wide array of swing dance styles:
- Lindy Hop
- West Coast Swing
- Charleston
- Balboa
- Shag
- Blues
We'll also have up to three different levels of classes running simultaneously to ensure dancers of all levels get the most out of the weekend! With all these teachers, all these classes, and a gala featuring Ottawa's Impressions in Jazz Orchestra, this is one weekend to remember!
